Do I need to contact IFS to change the MFA authentication settings for my Entra ID?

When we log in to the Lifecycle Experience Center, we are required to perform MFA authentication.
I understand that this MFA authentication is a setting on the Microsoft Entra ID side.

Previously, MFA authentication could be performed via SMS, etc.
However, it seems that the use of Microsoft Authenticator is now mandatory.

After researching, I found that Entra ID has a setting called "Registration campaign," and if this is set, the use of Microsoft Authenticator is required.

To change this setting, it seems that at least the role of authentication policy administrator is required.

If a customer wants to change this setting, can they do so on their side?
