Hi Community,

Recently I installed Demand Planner on 23r2 but when I try to add the host ID and save it from the Demand Planner window it returns “Failed to notify the server”

Windows Service is running.
Does anyone have an idea on this?

Hi Community,

I was able to resolve this using following steps.

There was a table forecast_server_setup_tab

There was a column SERVER_NAME and I altered correct server name and i was able connect the demand planner host from the application.

Cheers,

Rusiru

Hi Rusiru,

We have the same case with you, but we could not find the column name SERVER_NAME in our 24R1 environment. Can you share the some screenshots for the setting?

Thanks,
