I am getting this error while publishing custom fields in App9.

Can you share some more details please? What type of field is it? A few screenshots would be great.

check the last two attributes they are not approved. You can validate them with RMB.
Maybe there are any enumerations to be approved.
The two read only fields are probably referencing tables, views or custom fields that exist in your development environment, but not on your TEST environment.
