@Erandi You may have already done this, but have you checked the xml output from the Report Designer layout to see if you’re getting custom field values populated on the Shop Orders you’re using for your Plugin tests?
Hi @Tracy Norwillo , Thanks for the reply. Data is visible on xml output. This issue only exists only in one environment. Is there anything else I can check?
Thank you in Advance
@Erandi If this is happening in only one of multiple environments, and you can see that the custom field is populated in the Shop Order Rep xml, then I only have the obvious suggestion to check that the custom field name and plugin RPL are exactly the same in the working and non-working environments.
Remember if you edit the RPL in a text editor, it wants to default to a .TXT extension, so make sure you are importing the working RPL into the non-working environment.
I don’t have any experience with Script plugins, so I don’t know what you’d need to check on the printer side.
Lastly, there is a Label Printer Emulator you could try that may help identify the issue.

Hi @Erandi,
Kindly share any update on this issue? Were you able to find any solution for this? We have the same requirement for APP10 customer.
Thanks !

Hi @NAYDAMITA ,
In our scenario, data is visible on xml but not visible on report and this application is in IFS Cloud. This was only an issue in one environment. The reason was Framework Service Update version is lower that the other environments in non working environment. When it’s correctly upgraded this worked fine.
Thanks
