Custom Field on New Case Assistant - My Call Centre

Is it possible to add custom fields to a new case assistant? See screen shot below….

I’ve added a custom field to the “CcCase” entity, but it is not visible here.

Hi @dfsjmarchant 

 

It’s not possible to add custom fields to assistants so far in IFS Cloud since assistants are virtual based.

This idea was created to bring the functionality but it’s still not implemented. Please upvote and add your comments so IFS could prioritize it.
