I have big problem with CR. No one reports act correctly.

This error is pretty generic. A couple questions,
- What version of IFS?
- Were web services working before and have now stopped working?
- Is the IIS web site running?
- Can you ping the IIS server?
- Have you run the Crystal Report Prereq tool to see if your setup and software passes the configuration checks?
Please provide a summary of what you have tried in order to resolve this issue.
