Hi,
Users are getting the error “Error while saving the mail to IFS CRM. Insufficient priviledges.” when saving an email to IFS CRM through Outlook Add-In.
When they are granted DocumentHome projection, it goes away. However, we want to know which activity within this projection is needed to resolve the following error, as we don’t want to grant the entire projection to users.

I’ve not seen this error upon this action.
There are only about 40 actions within the Projection, so it shouldn’t take too long via a process of deduction to figure out which one gives you the access needed.

We are facing the same error message in Outlook.
