Hi @mlizarralde,

Since we are getting the distinct values now, you don’t need to have the Group By condition. Please remove that and try again.

Hi @mlizarralde,

Try selecting the correct column that you need to show the count for rather than leaving it as ‘all columns’ in the data section of the element designer.

Hi @mlizarralde,

Remove the Group By condition from the Data source and it will work.

Hi @mlizarralde,

I believe what you’re trying to get is the distinct value of the part numbers. You can do that by changing the column of the data source like below,

Also, make sure to remove the Group By condition since we do not need to group it now.

Hi @mlizarralde ,

You need to group and count in the data source level itself. Below is a sample setup I just tried.

After that in the element level it should be a matter of display (I have attached my output).

Hope this helps.

Thank you @Nalaka Samarasinghe !

and would be possible to do it but using a Counter element, instead of a List element?

Hi @mlizarralde,

Great news! Glad i could help.

Have a great day!

@mlizarralde, As per my knowledge, ‘Count’ element is supposed to show 1 count of all the data fetched to the selected data source, not for grouping. As in number of absences, number of purchase orders etc..

If you want to show more than 1 count, grouped for multiple categories, then ‘Count’ element might not be the option.
