Greetings.

I have deployed a service update for 22R1 (22.1.3) from 21R1 in an on-premise location. The Middle tier host is running Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.15.0-1017-azure x86_64).

There are a couple of PODS that doesn’t start completely, but these are not essential for accessing IFS Cloud.

Starting Chrome and entering the URL to the IFS Cloud instance will result in the attached screen.

Any suggestions to what is going on?

Thanks.

Hi @Entperaka ,

Looking at the error it does look like your ingress, proxy and/or IAM containers are not working. Can you provide a list of pods that are not coming up? You would need to do a describe and/or a log lookup in the pods to figure out the actual reason for the pods to not come up.

Also, please make sure that there are no errors on the database import logs. if you see any errors specially related to java/lob imports you will need to sort them out before deploying the MT.

Cheers
