This issue should be resolved on the 22R2 Service Update 6 (availability March 16), last IFS feedback:
As per the information, IFS Planned Versions with the fix are: 22.2.6 - 22R2 SU6, 23.2E.0 - 23R2 EA, 23.1.0 - 23R1 GA.
Planned released date for 22R2 SU6 is March 16, 2023.
I will let you know if there is any changes to the plan.

22R2 Service Update 7 is available (we just got the information so we haven’t done the installation yet).
Last IFS feedback:
22R2 SU7 has been released on 7th April, although it was planned to be released on 20th April.
So, I can confirm that the SU7 is already available and the display issue will be fixed with 22R2 SU7.
For reference, the bug title for this is:
INC0510792-IFS Aurena client issues with fonts when the client PC do not have any internet access
which can be found in the release notes for 22R2 SU7.

Yes, this is fixed in 22R2 SU7 and 23R1 GA.
