Can I create a command that launches a migration job?

Hello, 

I would like to know if it possible to create a command that launches a migration job?

My client, who is a buyer, needs to create a text file format document with some specific parameters (specific date of creation of the command, for purchase orders that are authorized and with “release” status, with a specific supplier).

However, as it is recommended to give access to data migration jobs to someone not being part of the IT department, I would like to create a command on the “purchase orders” screen that would launch the migration job when the command is clicked on by the buyer.

I can’t automatize it because the buyer needs to check every purchase order made by the 600 sites belonging to the company, cancel some orders, before generating this txt file.

Could someone tell me if it possible ?
