Apps9 Custom fields in Active Separate, best way to get them into Historical Separate so the history keeps the details?

Hi All,

As my long title states, I’ve created half a dozen custom fields for the active work orders in the LU Activie Separate, once an active work order becomes complete the data moves to the LU Historical Separate - What is the best method to get one the custom fields into this LU and 2 when the work order is completed that the data in the custom fields follows too.
