We have a scenario where our customer wants to send emails to its customers (payers of invoices) with a link (URL).
If they click on the URL the PDF of the invoice gets downloaded and displayed.
And they (our customer) want to be notified (save the information in IFS somewhere) that the link was clicked on.
Recipients of those emails know nothing of IFS, so it is just a link to internet for them.
I guess it is more or less possible to do with REST APIs and custom development.
What about authentication?
How is it done usually?
What would make the client op. system display the PDF that was just downloaded?
Is it possible?
