When trying to do "Database Open" and "Reload", Advance Planning Board (APB) gets loaded to the stage "CBS Schedule Successful Loaded" then the Advance Planning Board gets crashed and closed down.
Steps followed:
- Following steps were followed to load the “Shop Orders” in the APB.
- When trying to reload from the database APB gets crashed and closed down after the following screens.
Version of the APB client:
When checked the APB logs there were not any error entries.
