Hello,

Can we access the Oracle database of an IFS Cloud environment hosted at IFS with PL/SQL Developer for example?
Thanks in advanced!

Hi @TheoB ,

What did you mean by IFS Cloud environment hosted at IFS ? Is this regaring a buildplace environmrnt access ?
……………………….
if the questtion is regaridng the IFSCloud buildpalce environtment, below is the path to gain access.

In order to get the access, you need to have relevent access to the BuildPlace environment.

Access need to grant by the customer via the IFS Cloud Build Place User Management" form from the support Portal.

Pelase refer the section “Grant Access to Build Place” - https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/047_lifecycle/020_getting_started/

There are six different user roles in the Lifecycle Experience solution namely; Build Place User Admin, IFS Product Support Developer, IFS Product Support Consultant, Customer Solution Consultant, Customer Solution Developer and Technician.

Please refer the https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/047_lifecycle/010_overview/ for more details on user roles.
