Success Units (SUNs) are a unit of measure based on level of effort, and not hours, that allows IFS to assign value to specific actions taken in support of a customer’s requests.

Hi Tim - You should be able to download them from the Service Center. Try this link. It downloads automatically for me. If you don’t get the download, search the knowledge base for “service description” and you’ll see an article!
