Hi,

our project team has a problem with time reporting in a project. There is no problem to add work time on the 'Day' tab, but on the 'Week' tab the system does not allow to add time. I have given all permissions. I also have the same message on the IFSAPP user. Reporting work time on the 'Week' tab would be much faster. Now we have Update 17.
Please help.

We have investigated the issue further and identified that it is related to the ROWKEY value in SUB_PROJECT_TAB. For certain records, this value is NULL, which causes those records to be excluded from the Week tab based on the underlying logic.

Could you please confirm if it is acceptable to activate the ROWKEY for the logical unit ‘SubProject’ in the  environment to verify whether this resolves the issue? Details of this action can be found in the link below. You may also attempt this from your side as per the guidance provided there.
