We have some customers requesting to have thier invoices uploaded to a website (not the same site). I can see under “Comms Method” (in Apps9) that I have add a line and put “Communication Method” as www and in “Value” add the website, but how/where do I add login and password to go to that site?
In addition, when we do service invoices, we have to attach a copy of the service report. Is there a simple automatic way of doing that? They all have the same “Document Class”?
