Can anyone tell me how to add a user group to a voucher type? We are trying to transfer purchase transactions but getting this error message - ‘User group XXX is not connected to voucher type with function group 0 for accounting year 2021 in Company XX’, but I can’t find where to this.

And make sure voucher type 0 is marked as Default for this user group.
please go to voucher series per voucher type -- query your voucher -- find the series for the current year - RMB to user groups per seriesand add

Thanks for you super quick response. I have done that an re-run our schedule database task but still getting the same error message. Would you know what else could be causing this?

do you mean with database task these two jobs? They need to be run one after the other.
And just to make sure you added the Usergroup to VoucherType 0 (zero) not an eventually setup voucher type O? :)
