Hello,

I’m trying to create a new business plan but I’m stuck in this screen. I have added myself as a Business Plan Administrator. I can’t seem to add a USER GROUP? (e.g. missing + signs)

Hi,

I would suggest checking that the user you are logged in with has a default User Group (within the Users per User Group screen).

When creating a new Business Plan, IFS Cloud automatically fetches the user who is creating the Business Plan and adds it as an Administrator - including pulling the default User Group for that user.

For example:

On the above, I did not manually add the Administrator row - just by adding the fields in the Business Plan header and pressing Save, IFS automatically added the Administrators row.

Thanks Chris! Adding myself to a default user group solved the issue.
