I created a sales charge type and group (type is linked to group) and tried to add this charge type on customer order (in the “charge” section) but the list of all charge types I created does not appear.
The site of the charge type is the same on which customer order is created.
Does anyone know if there are some basic data, or toggle to check to make it work?

I think it is related to the Charge Type Category of the Charge Group, that you connected to Sales Charge Type. Only the Charge Type Category “Other” is allowed for charge types you want to enter manually into your customer order. You can also see this when you try to save a charge line (when you not use the List of values)
The charge types e.g. “Freight” are used for calculation of the charges in the system (Freight Charge Prices), so these cannot be used for manually entering into the customer order.
