Project ID in customer invoice references

Hello, 

 

Is it possible to show the project ID on the “Project ID” field in the “References” tab in Customer invoice ?

 

I have already a project connection for the corresponding customer order.

 

Any help would be appreciated

Hello,

For connecting the Customer Order Header your CO must be in Planned status.

Then, you go to the Order Details Tab and after enable edit (with pencil), you can choose the Project ID.

@Abdessamad as soon as you have a project connected to the Customer Order Header, then the Project ID will be carried over into the Customer Invoice / References section.

Could it be that maybe in your case the Project is connected to the CO Line and not the CO Header?

The below screenshot is from IFS Cloud 23R2.2

I thought indeed to connect the order header to the project but the activity field is greyed out so it’s impossible for me to connect the project to the header. 

 

Am I missing any setup ?

I’m not sure if I understand you.

As Marcel said, for having Project ID on the Customer Invoice, you have to connect the Project to the Customer Order Header.

But once you connect the header, then you can connect the Activity to the Line.

Can you share what is grey?

Hello,

The activity connection is not in the Pre-Posting.

In the Customer Order Line you have “Connect to Activity”:

Try there.

The customer order line is indeed connected to the activity.

 

What I couldn’t do is to connect the CO header
