HI,

We have several customers which are in purchasing organisations.

Until 2025 the invoice was sent to the purchasing organisation via EDI.

And the very same invoice was printed and sent to the customer by mail.

 

We wondered whether it is possible to send the invoice via EDI to the purchasing organisation and additionally via einvoice to the customer? Is there a way to use both message classes at the same time?

Yes, you can use both, although I don’t see how to do it at the same time without a customization.

You can send initially the invoice to one of the recipients and then, once this is done, select the RMB option ‘Resend Invoice’ and choose the other media code in the dialog box that opens.

I am aware ot that possibility. I wondered whether there is a way to send it at the same time or at least automated. But I guess I have to manage it somehow with an event or a customization.
