What are some of the causes of “No Data Found” feedback when you make a search in IFS under Voucher Row Analysis, Voucher Detailed Analysis or even Work Order Sheet

Hi @IG4397 ,

When you go to the relavant windows, you need to click on the search button and then search for the relavant information.

 


You can even give thee % symbol and the search button, then the records should be shown.

Despite the search criteria you should check also the allowed Combination Rules and Authority Combinations for the specific user (group) and ledger if no data is shown.

Hi @IG4397,

 

It is because the application does not have any data within your search parameters.

 

For example, if you haven’t created any vouchers for the year 2021 and do a search in Voucher Row Analysis using the same year (2021), you’ll get “No Data Found” message. 

 

So there could be many reasons as above example and simply it is because of mismatch of data and your search parameters. 

 

You may use % sign for a wild search and if you still get the same error, you can check the basic data setup as mentioned above.

Hi,

 

You also can check the Authority combinations. Access should be given for accounts and other codeparts by using the authority class 

 

Make sure, users are assigned to the given authority class as well.
