Below is the Planned Cost of a project we have. We are now expecting actual costs to be much lower than budgeted. We would like to somehow reflect this new expectation in the planned cost but not completely remove the original planned cost amounts. Is it possible to add a new cost element with a negative planned cost so that the total planned cost is reduced?
Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated.
