MSI requires authorization for cost center invoices

Hi IFS Community,

My issue is in APPS10 environment manual supplier invoices which are assigned to a cost center(although receipting is matched) invoices are still requires authorization in posting proposals. This issue only occurs when the MSI has cost center allocated. All the invoices that is related to this specific cost center requires manual handling.
