Hello,
Yes, if your organization is using the ACH payment method, you can retrieve the relevant payment method and bank traceability details from the Payment File Trace Information window, found under:
Financials > Cash Book > Analysis > Payment File Trace Information.
This window provides useful data when payments have been generated through an electronic payment file (such as ACH), and it can support SOX documentation requirements — including identifying which method was used.
However, for manual payments or non-electronic payment methods, this information is not available at the payment level. In those cases, payment method details are only stored at the Installment level (on the supplier invoice), and there is no out-of-the-box screen that consolidates this with authorization status and payment details.
So for broader reporting — especially if you need to cover both ACH and non-ACH payments — the best approach is to create a custom SQL Quick Report that joins data from the supplier invoice installments, payments, and authorization history.
Let me know if you need help structuring that report or identifying the key tables.
Best regards!
