Hello Team,

Below is the highlighted address details of the customer, where the letters has different format (language) but when we check the report PDF it is not appearing, instead boxes are created. Anyone has any idea how to solve this?

Hi,

May I know if you can see the same error if you try to export this to an excel?

E.g. Go to "Accounts" window -> select a few rows (that includes characters for their descriptions) -> RMB -> Output -> Save as .XLS file -> View file →

Workaround:
In the report printout when you have done the correct font mappings Characters are shown without an issue.
