Hi IFS community,

 

One of our customer complained about the format of our customer invoice (we create the customer invoices via Instant invoice). We want to change the layout of the invoice so that our customer can register it in their accounting software.

 

 

As you can see the bank account is not fully visible and it went into the other text, that´s one problem. I marked it in yellow. The other problem is that one line is missing. We need to add a line for IC DPH: SK2021793279 under DIC.

 

How do we modify the layout of the invoice?

Hi, 

For many years - the page footer on the company / invoice tab was used to display the page footing for invoices.    Starting apps 9 or 10 (I’m not sure of the version) IFS created a new process.  

So, to modify the page footer you may need edit different screens based on how your company was implemented. 

First see your company and this screen. 

The other area has greater flexibility but can be a bit more sophisticated to configure. 

See the document footer- In your system - it the above has no data or will not work, see the document footer. screen. 

This may have a listing of attributes, and the reports that will use a defined footer.  It’s very configurable but is not as easy as the Company / invoice footer screen (first image).

Second screen: These reports, how are they made? Are they prepared in IFS Developer tool or somewhere else?

Those are standard IFS reports.     It would appear that if you created a custom report using the same tools and methodology as the standard IFS reports, they may be available.
