Is there any validation on the IBAN number and if so how do I set this up?

Hello,

You have this window:

For Spain, for example, our IBAN Length is 24 and we are SEPA Member.

So, the idea is that you define your scenario and the system will validate.

Regards.

Hello,

Yes I have this screen. Ireland is set up as 22 character length but I am able to save the IBAN number at 20 characters. How should this work?

Hi,

I have the same setup as you, and I have the error:

There is nothing else.

Hello @HERRONE,

I found that when you don’t put correctly the IBAN for the Cash Account, the system is not doing the validation.

Can you confirm that your Cash Account has this format?:

Can you do the testing with that number in the screenshot?

When I remove the last number (8) I have the error.

Regards.

Marijo

 Thanks @TimeMarBou ,

Is this validation for cash account only? I was hoping that there would be the same validation for the supplier account.

You’re welcome @HERRONE 😊

Unfortunately, for that particular payment format, there isn’t a validation.

For SEPA, I know for sure, you have it.
