We have ran CIS Verifications for HMRC and it got kind of stuck in Polling Status. I can’t cancel or do anything with it. We ran quiet few suppliers, so not sure if that’s what’s caused the error.
Does anyone know how to process this or we just need to wait and it will clear itself, please? Need urgent help if possible!

I have gathered some information available and as per that 'Polling' indicates that the proposal is queued and most probably stuck. This usually happens when there are other submissions which are currently being Transferred/Processed.
In such an instance it has been recommended to reset the submission by following below steps (try out the steps in a non-live environment at first),
01. Setup a scheduled task (recommended once a night) to execute C_HMRC_SUBMISSION_API.C_RESET_SUBMISSION_PROCESS which will reset the submissions that is stuck.
02. Since there is a stuck submission once you setup the scheduled task you may run it straight away.
03. Check the Background Job status to make sure that it is executed without any errors.
04. Then try to do the submission again. Hopefully this time it should be fine.
Note: If you get an error saying "The Company Document already exists...." when processing the submission, kindly delete the relevant document no. from 'Document Export' window.
If the issue remains you might require to delete the HMRC submission related to the Verification Proposal and bring back the same to 'Acknowledged' status via a DR.
