Hi,

In a customer environment, the File Type and Template fields are disabled for Audit Source: INT_BALANCE_CARRIED_FORWARD_AV. How do we enable it and pick a specified external file template to sort the records when creating the structure of the generated XML?

Furthermore, could you please provide more examples on where such external file templates are used?

Thanks!

Looks related to the report type.  If you set up SAF-T it should open up for you.  I have not used this function to date therefore can not assist further however would like to understand more about it.  Thank you

Hi @DIMLLK,

Thanks for posting it here.

I’ll further elaborate on the issue we are having.

Issue: Audit Interface: INT_BALANCE_CARRIED_FORWARD_AV - The order of the fields in the generated XML are different in App8 and App10 environments.

Expectation: We need to generate the xml in App10 according to the order of the fields as per the App8 without doing any customization/modification. Is there a possibility to achieve this using the File Type and Template options given in App10?

Tested Environments:    App8-LINA5_DEV5APP8    |    App10-Linamar-Skyjack_DEV10

Additional info: The column order displayed in the "Audit Source Column" window (Accounting Rules\Audit Interface\Basic Data\Audit Sources\RMB > Source Columns...) are also different in App8 and App10 environments. Check the "app8.png" and "app10.png" images given below.

Steps to reproduce,

  1. Launch Accounting Rules\Audit Interface\Audit Interface Assistant window.
  2. Select Online Process and click Next >
  3. Fill Audit Source: INT_BALANCE_CARRIED_FORWARD_AV
  4. Select Output Path and click Finish.
  5. Refer to the .xml file generated in the above given Output Path.
  6. Check the "app8.xml" and "app10.xml" files attached herewith for reference.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Ayesh Fernando.
