We are moving our accounting group to Aurena but we have an issue. Because the screen “customer payments” doesn’t exist anymore, we can’t view historical customer payment documents that we attach to the customer payment screen in Aurena. How would we see attachments to the customer payments that we’ve historically done in IEE without the customer payments screen existing in Aurena? We are on Apps 10 UPD 18. We went paperless a couple of years ago and for our auditors, we need to be able to pull up those documents that are connected to the customer payments at any given time.

Hi,
You can always migrate those documents. You could include the payment ID within the document information. Users would then be trained to search for that payment ID when then need to see the document.
I would suspect that if you could also migrate the documents and connect the document to the payment id.
