Customer 360 View: old Analysis Date, how to update?

Dear all,

The field Analysis Date is showing an old date in Customer 360 View. The picture below is from today (25/4) but the field Analysis Date shows 19/4.

I guess it's possible to run a new analyse (until today) but if so where can that be found?

Hi,

The Analysis Date normally corresponds to the last time a "Calculate Customer Credit Information" has been performed for this customer.

Hi Christian,

Unfortunately this "Calculate Customer Credit Information" has no effect on this date. There must be another trigger which is related to this date?

Hi @eqmartib ,

You can maybe check if a record exists for your company in the "Credit Info" tab of your customer.
If not, the "Calculate Customer Credit Information" batch will not consider your customer/company.

After reconsidering the info on the Credit info tab on Customer the batch "Calculate Customer Credit Information" ran successfully.
