Company/Supplier/Customer Address

It is not possible to add address details for a new customer or a supplier except for country with Aurena user interface. Nor is it possible to edit addresses with Aurena if stored with EE. When selecting edit of the address only the change of country becomes visible no other data fields.

Is this a known bug?

Hi @emmiekl,

I think you this can be a basic data issue.

Please check whether the  necessary information has been entered in Address Presentation Window.
This can be accessed using below path in IEE client.

Application Base Setup > Enterprise > Basic Data > Address Presentation.

If not, a detail investigation should be needed to identify the cause.
