Is your purpose to click “All” is to show every LoV items in Accounts, Code D and Code E whether there is Amount/Values against them or not?  If no then You dont need to put ALL

Additionally try the “All” Command individually and check

Yes I want to show show every LoV items in Accounts, Code D and Code E whether there is Amount/Values against them or not.

I also tried putting All command for only Account, and it gave the below error. Will you be able to give me guidance on this.
