Hi All,

I have a problem in Aurena configuratio

n.

There is a custom field in the sales info group, it is a ready only field and added by using configuration.
Could I possible to add this custom field into search bar in top of the page using configuration.
Customer needs to search using this field.

When creating this field in IEE client it is ticked as “Searchable”.

Is it possible to search using this field and I need to do this requirement using Aurena Configuration

If you click on ‘More’ your field will be available (starting with Cf$_). Then tick the check box to select it and it will be added.

That custom field is not available in “More” option.
Is there a way to add it into “More”.

It should appear! Try refreshing the browser or opening with an incognito mode.

I have tried your suggested steps, but it is not available in More.
In IEE client also this is not available in Search. But it is available in Search in Context.. RMB. Is it a reason for not availability in Aurena automatically?

As Nadeesha has mentioned it should appear under the option “More”. 
I created a custom field called “Field_One” and verified.

As you mentioned I have created that custom field in Customer header level now it automatically visible in search
 



Previously custom field is included in this view - CUST_ORD_CUSTOMER_ENT
This is not the base view of customer
So I have added custom field to CUSTOMER_INFO view.
then it automatically appeared in search
