Dear all.

 

One of our customers wants to grant acces to users so they can schedule the GL update voucher

At this moment the schedule button is greyed out.

 

The user have permission to schedule tasks but this button is greyed-out.

 

Where can you adjust this?

I have come across the below details in an existing support case. This will help you to resolve this issue.

First, go to Database objects of the relevant permission set and grant below database objects.

•    GEN_LED_VOUCHER_UPDATE_API.Start_Update_Batch__
•    GEN_LED_VOUCHER_UPDATE_API.Start_Update__

Then, go to Presentation Object by Component -> General Ledger on the relevant permission set and tick on "Task - General Ledger Update" and "Task - General Ledger Update" (batch) and then refresh security cache. This will enable access to "Schedule Button".
