Can anyone advise if there is anything pre-built to push data from work orders/work tasks to the calendar in outlook?
I was on a call with a customer who is currently using apps 10, and they are asking if there is anything like a connector out of the box that allows a schedule work task to push onto the scheduled resource’s outlook calendar. So as an example, a job gets scheduled tomorrow from 9-11 AM, so a meeting would auto generate on the technician’s outlook calendar from 9-11 with applicable information such as the address.
This same question goes for IFS Cloud as well.
