When a product or contact is updated that should automatically reflect in the request or task table where we inserted data

Updating product table should update product related fields in Request/Task data
I think it’s going to come down to what exactly you want to update.
You can have some fields update using a default def in custom meta data with overwrite set to always. For other things you may need to create a business rule to do it.
