Hi,

We are experiencing some issues with synchronizing FSM and PSO unavailabilities. When an unavailability is created in FSM, it is automatically reflected in PSO. However, when the unavailability is deleted from FSM, PSO is not updated and continues to show the unavailabilities that have already been deleted in FSM.

How can we proceed to update PSO according to the changes in FSM?

Thank you.

@SARA.NASCIMENTO

Sorry for the delayed response. To troubleshoot the issue of deleted unavailabilities not reflecting on the PSO side, please check the audit changes log on PSO to see if the deletions are recorded. If PSO staging logic is enabled on the FSM side, verify the outbound XML for deleted records in the Admin ā†’ Message Staging ā†’ Outbound Messages - Standard screen. Additionally, review the FSM server log for any exceptions that might have occurred during the deletion process. If the problem persists, consider raising a support case.
