Customer of mine wants to know if there is a nice solution to try to find duplicates on a maintenance request as soon as possible.
Example. Inspector A walk in part of factory and notices that light is not working/broken. She prepares a maintenance request. Engineer B is also in the same area and notices the broken light. He enters the request, but is notified by IFS that a more or less the same request was prepared and should be starting soon.
AI is something that comes to my mind, but that would also include learning the language model, what a definition of a duplicate looks like.
