Hi Experts!

Have a question regarding the use of person_skills in FSM and PSO.

In PSO integration, we know that whatever is in the person_skills will be pushed to PSO and PSo wil schedule accordingly.

Eg. If Place A has Skill A and Person has Skill A, PSO can schedule Person A to any task in Place A.

In the Person_skills table, there is a column called skill level.

I do not see this column (Person_skill.skill_level) in PSO.

Does PSO cater for this column? How does PSO use Skill_level?

Hi Jonathan,

No, that field is not mapped. The only field that will be sent across is the person and skill ID, and the skill proficiency (person_skill.sched_proficiency) to my knowledge. That should cover the need for scheduling purposes however; what’s the reason you need the skill level?

Regards,

Roel
