Hi, I hope someone can help me.

I am trying to better understand the ‘Share with Corequisite’ functionality when I have more than one planned quantity in the work activity requests tab.

At the moment in the requisitions I am only using skills, no certificates, no competencies.

I am analysing two activities:

  • 112: request for 2 resources - allocated
  • 113: request for 3 resources -unallocated

The competences match correctly, in my opinion.
The following pictures show how the task is structured and how the PSO analyses it.

For task 113, the explanation is ‘Missing conditional competences’.

Message: Task 301 required shared competences with co-requisites that cannot be found: SKL-‘skills name changed by attempt’.

Can anyone help me?

I have 3 resources with the following competences:

Res Skills

Dispatch Console

Task 112 - demands tab
task 112 compare
Task 113 - demands tab
task 113 - compare

Hi Stefania,

The setup looks correct with the ‘Share with Corequisites’ set to Yes on all the skills. There might be one, or many, other reasons to why Task 113 cannot be scheduled.

Have you tried to run the “Explanations” function in PSO on the 3 activities to get an understanding on why the activities are not scheduled?

In Scheduling/Explanations you can select to “Make new Request” and select one of the activities and run the explanation plan.

 Hi,

I think the most relevant is: “Missing Conditional Skills” with the following message:

Activity XXX has required shared skills with co-requisites which cannot be found: SKL-ANTICENDIO

As you can see in the pic before TEC07 has this skill.

So I don’t understand why, activity is not allocated.

Hi @SDN -

Can you create a Support ticket with necessary input files taken when you replicated the issue?

This should be further investigated from PSO side.

Regards,

Sajith
