Hi,
currently we are implementing Service Notes for a customer in cloud.
We are looking to leverage Text Templates to provide some default choices when creating the Service Note.
Currently we are missing:
- how we can filter the Text Templates by customer/site
- if there is a way to implement multi-language management for the same Text Template (i.e. create a Text Template with translations in different languages)
Do you have any ideas on how to implement this in the current release?Or if this will be the subject of future releases?
