I am getting an error while creating a package in fsm. The error message states that the sequence and sub sequence is already exists. Could any one help me on this.

Are you able to provide details of the package you are attempting to create an the specific steps you are taking that lead to the error? Also, is there a option to view more details on the error? If so these extra details may also assist.
Lastly, are you certain that the sequence and sub sequence does not, indeed, already exist as a package in the system?

We got the same issue reported by another customer and below are one of our technical consultant’s recommendation.
There is apparently a problem with the upgrade scripts’ handling of the Primary Key Index on the package_detail table. We suggest that all the indexes should be rebuilt to solve this.
We would recommend that you look at rebuilding all the indexes. This can be done using the FSM6_IndexRebuilderAll.sql script found in the \DatabaseData\SQLServer\Upgrade folder in the delivery package.
