Hi everyone,

 

I have an issue with RMA. When I create an RMA, in the request_line, there are 2 fields receive to place and ship from place.

 

I am aware that Business Rule 20 will help me populate these fields.

 

If I try to use a place id for these fields, I will get an error when creating the receipt or shipment. The error is mainly “ ’Location to’ column in Receiving/shipment detail table requires a value.”

For example, if  use the default MX REPAIR, I do not get this error.

What setup do I need to do to properly set up a place for these 2 fields? So that I will not get these errors when creating a receipt / shipment?

If the BR output values have set as MX Repair when you try to save the RMA it will automatically be turned to  MX Repair. 

The place ID you are trying to add here, does it have a Default Rcv Location and Default ship locations set in the Record? 

Also have you tried setting up this place Id 379 to the BR 20?

You are correct. The Default Rcv and Default Ship location was the issue.

 

Now i get another error;

 

Any idea what is the cause of this error?

I believe I found the issue to the above one as well, My place to ship for 383 was 379. I will update if I have any further issues, otherwise I will close with your answer. Thanks Kalpa for your help.
