I’m running 25R1 and getting an error message when trying to add a material line on a Request Work Task with the Supply Code Project Inventory - it seems to be doing a check for a Work Order - which is wrong because there is no Work Order in NGSM - is this a known bug?
Hi, the error message is unfortunately wrong in 25R1 with the reference to Work Order. This will be fixed in the coming 25R2 release. As the check is that the Request Work Task needs to be connected to a project activity to be able to make use of the project inventory.

To be clear, it’s not just the error message showing the wrong text here. My Request is in fact connected to a Project (see screenshot).
The validation seems to be checking for a Work Order to Project Link not a Request to Project link - will the actual validation check be corrected in 25R2? (not just the error message update).

I am not able to re-create this in 25R1 when having a Project Conenction on the Work Task where I add the material demand and having sourcing from project inventory.
Can you check in the Request/Tasks-tab that the task is actually connected to the project/sub project/activity?
