I would like to know, if there is the possibility in 22R1 and 22R2 to create a Request from a project activity.
Backround is the simple fact, that with the request management, the process for the customer would be better. However Work Order will be used, if the project activity is unable to create request.

Yes, this is planned for 25R1. We will address key project connections from a Request Management perspective, including Requests, Request Scopes, Request Contracts and Recurring Services.
