we are continue showing some dataset delay in PSO schedule time any specific reason?

 

What is the upstream system that PSO is connected to? FSM, IFS Cloud or custom?


we are using FSM

Is your Integration Monitor in FSM running as it should? Normally, the timeline in PSO is advanced through an IM Schedule.

yes Integration Monitor is running fine ,we are facing issue for one data set daily base 


Could you please provide more information on the exact issue you are facing? Are you seeing a red dot inside the PSO Workbench for that specific dataset or is the delay seen on the actual scheduled activites?

you can see here 2 min delay but sometime its 60 min delay and button will red, yes only few data set especially IVORY COAST 


This is probably something with the FSM-PSO Integration. I know that Ericsson faced issues in the past with sync between both sytems and that there were initiatives to fix it. What’s the status of those? Probably, this is something that’s currently being worked on somewhere else at IFS (via Success Services)?

currently every day facing issue with one dataset IVORY COAST you can see today 60 min delay ,we have configured alert for delay and manually run monitor scheduler every day

Yes, we are able to notice red dot in PSO. 

How to make PSO Sync with real time.
